ANGERVILLE sounds like a scary place, and sometimes it is. What's scary is that they have already lost a member of their group before even really getting started. Established back in 1998, ANGERVILLE began with three lyricists: Ill da Shystee, Conscious Thought and Fortunato. Three completely different backgrounds and lyrical styles coming together to celebrate hip hop every chance they would get. Together they travelled throughout Ontario to challenge themselves at freestyle competitions and open mic nights. Quickly gaining experience and lyrical savvy they would each have their individual victories across the map. May 6, 2002 it all came to a screeching halt. Luke Marson AKA Ill da Shystee was brutally murdered and the group would never be the same. The crime has never been solved and is definitely a contributing factor to the raw emotion and dedication that the remaining members of ANGERVILLE bring to us with their music.

Born in California and raised in Toronto, it's hard to imagine how Conscious Thought would end up in the small town of Aurora. The same could be said for fellow Torontonian, Fortunato but it is nonetheless where fate brought them together. Although Conscious no longer resides there, the duo decided to base their operations in Aurora and set up ANGERVILLE ENTERTAINMENT where they have been producing quality hip hop ever since. Known for their raw aggressive Rhymes and foot stomping production style, Angerville have created a unique sound which reflects the personalities of it's members. They developed and honed their skills by doing Cyphers every week, this tested their ability to rap on random beats they had never heard before, and spontaneously make up words to go along with it.

The Group had It's First Major Breakthrough with The Bluntologist Produced Track Me and You which received radio play in the U.S.A, Canada, and Overseas. The Song encapsulated the story behind the group and revealed to listeners the true friendship which exists between it's members. The Song pays a heartfelt tribute to Ill da Shystee and talks about his murder. it also touches on the bond of brotherhood which held true for so many years. Fortunato Became Host of the Famous Beat Junkie Club in Toronto Ontario for the open mic night know as rehab. Conscious Thought Won the Triple 5 Soul battle at Tequila Lounge and performed at last years Style in Progress event. They then Released the Anger Management EP which garnered rave reviews, and is in the top 10 Canadian Hip Hop albums of 2007 for Exclaim Magazine.

The Group is now planning on releasing an Official Demo and sign a deal with Labels like Babygrande, Koch, Shaman, Futility, Urbnet, or Wax work. In the mean time the group is keeping it's core fans happy with a mixtape entitled Joint Forces. The CD brings together Hip Hop artists from across Canada to collaborate and represent their region. The Album Last Dayz is slated to be released late next year and will be The groups first official full length release. The Album is a post apocalyptic fantasy meant to awaken people to the currant state of the world. The Group already have a song on the upcoming soundtrack for the Horror movie Redville, and are currently developing a performance video with GEMINI WINNING DIRECTOR SETH ADRIAN HARRIS. The Angerville Logo has become part of a line of clothing which is now available from the groups website www.angervillemusic.com. Angerville is planning to do a National tour with Juno Winning Rap Artist's Michie Mee and Snow in the near future.
